Ms. Graham is in-house counsel for the one of the largest non-profit health systems in the U.S. with over 20 years’ experience in regulatory compliance, governance, contract negotiation, provider operations and data privacy. Ms. Graham holds a J.D. from Temple University School of law and an MPH from Thomas Jefferson University. Ms. Graham currently serves as the Assistant Secretary of the Board of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Medical Group. She previously served as Vice Chair of the Board of White Horse Village, a non-profit continuing care retirement community, and as a member of Thomas Jefferson University’s Judicial Board. Ms. Graham lives in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
