Shali Sobers is the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at AVEVA, a global leader in industrial software, where she oversees worldwide teams focused on adoption, support, and customer growth. With over 20 years of leadership experience across customer success, partner success, and customer experience, she has held senior roles at industry innovators including Salesforce and Splunk, where she built and scaled programs that deliver measurable outcomes and strengthen long term customer relationships. 

Shali holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from The George Washington University, where she developed her passion for communication, advocacy, and connecting people. 

Beyond her professional career, Shali is deeply committed to service and community impact. She brings to the Center for Loss and Bereavement her passion for people, systems thinking, and creating supportive environments where individuals and families can thrive. As a board member, she is dedicated to advancing the Center’s mission of providing compassionate grief support and education to those navigating loss. Shali believes that growth is about more than metrics, it is about impact, and it begins with how we support people through their most challenging moments.
