Adult Workshop/Retreats
Feeling sad, alone, overwhelmed, or isolated? Do you need a new outlet or experience to help you cope with grief? We provide workshops and one-day retreats to give opportunities to relax, recharge, and reconnect. These programs provide a safe space where participants can gain new tools and prioritize their own self-care. Grievers can feel less isolated and more connected as they navigate their journey. We hope participants leave our workshops/ retreats feeling centered, refreshed, and more able to process grief in new and healthy ways.
The Center believes peer-support is a valuable component in an individual’s grief journey. While many activities of our workshops/retreats are individually focused, there is a group component included which allows for sharing and processing together according to level of comfort. Our Retreats offer a variety of activities in various modalities – ie. art, photography, music, movement, meditation – while a Workshop is usually focused on one area of creative arts. Both programs are designed to reduce stress, increase mental focus, revive energy, and strengthen your overall well-being.

“The photography workshop was transformative for me in helping to let go of years of pain that I didn’t know I still held onto so tightly.”
