Margaret “Maggie” Pugliese
Operations and Office Manager
Maggie earned both a BS and MBA in Business Administration from Drexel University, focusing on entrepreneurship, marketing, and international business. Beginning her career in travel management, she soon pivoted to becoming Administrator and Managing Director for Columbia Cottage assisted living facility in Collegeville (she shepherded that organization through COVID). Maggie soon ventured into entrepreneurship, owning Wood Alley Vintage in Telford, PA. She then entered the non-profit sector as Volunteer Manager of Care and Share Thrift Shoppes in Souderton, which supports the international humanitarian work of the Mennonite Central Committee.
At the Center, Maggie’s responsibilities will be as varied as her prior professional experience. She will oversee operations processes, office systems, daily/weekly financial management, payroll, technology/software systems, human resources, and donor reporting and stewardship.
