Michelle Chandler is Senior Director of Strategic Program Management at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she leads initiatives that drive innovation and operational excellence across the organization. With a career spanning leadership roles in the life sciences industry, she has extensive experience implementing software technology solutions for pharmaceutical companies and contract research organizations (CROs). 

Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Communication and brings a unique blend of strategic insight, program management expertise, and a collaborative leadership style to her work. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she has been actively involved in her community, including service with the Phoenixville chapter of Soroptimist and volunteer work with Phoenixville Area Community Services and Cradles to Crayons. 

Residing in Phoenixville, PA with her husband and two dogs, Michelle has two grown daughters and enjoys an active lifestyle. Her favorite pastimes include hiking, yoga, paddle boarding, kayaking, and biking, as well as reading and staying fit at the gym.
