When it comes to connecting with other professionals in children’s grief, our Center is a member of the National Alliance for Children’s Grief (NACG) and our own regional, Greater Philadelphia Grief Collaborative (GPGC). We also network with health organizations such as CHOP and Nemours.
At a recent meeting of the GPGC, we snapped a photo of Emily Vincent, Lois Harris, and representatives from UpLift (Philadelphia), Safe Harbor (Abington), Peter’s Place (Radnor), and A Haven (Exton). Sharing information and the latest best practices for support groups keeps us updated about what is offered elsewhere when referrals are requested.
